  10. • PowerClicks is a useful Control Panel that does the following things:
  11.   - it can make a key combination act just like the mouse button;
  12.   - it can make another key combination toggle the mouse button on and off;
  13.   - it can disable the real mouse button (in case it's broken);
  14.   - it can assign graphical effects to mouse clicks.
